Holidays, Day 1

I started holidays today, that is pretty exciting.  The scale said 160.0 this morning so I am down a total of 7.4lbs in 10 days, that's pretty good. It's my cheat day coming up tomorrow and I know better than to go to the store and get some cheat food today, because if I do that I will eat it today.  It is going to be a busy weekend because we are doing the final clean up, packing and moving to our new place. I have to get off my butt soon and get cracking on some packing and wall washing.

It's Thursday, which is my Friday

The scale said 161.0 this morning which is up 0.4 from yesterday, not too big of a deal considering I am menstral. YEAH!!! Which would explain why I have been so pissed off at my boyfriend lately.  But really we are trying to get out of our place to move into the new one by Aug 1. Our landlord said he is ok if we are there a bit of extra time as long as the basement is empty when he get's there on the 31st.  So where do you logically start?  Well my head says the basement but his head says I am going to spend two days mowing the lawn, two days hauling wood to my Buddy's house and then since I start holidays on Friday I am going to spend the day cutting wood at my Buddy's place so he will come and help me move four things later that day.  I am pretty sure the whole purpose of the hauling wood thing was to drink beer and I don't understand why he gave all the damn wood to his buddy anyway, what about when we want to light our fire pit at the pasture? Well no worries, cause I got the whole damn basement done by myself. ARGH!! Whatever, I still have four days to get the entire main floor done and cleaned, I think I will make it on time.

End of Week One

Well today marks the end of week one and I weighed in at 160.8 pounds this morning.  Total loss for week one was 6.6 pounds, that my friends is not too shabby.  The food is very boring I think I am going to look into some recipe ideas and every single food commercial I see on TV makes me think Gee, I am going to have some of that on my cheat day.  I may be up to 8000 calories by the time I get to cheat day but it is nice to see that the two pounds that I gained last cheat day were gone within a couple days and I didn't have five or more days on the diet before my cheat day like I was supposed to so I am super excited to see how next week goes.  I am pretty impressed with myself for how well I have been able to stick with this considering the amount of work I have been doing to get ready for the move.  Yea, I have had a couple of cupcakes and a few beer, but for the majority of the time I have been very good.

No Change

Well there was no change on the scale today, still 162.6 pounds.  I did have two cupcakes yesterday, some carrots and baby corn in my stir fry as well as some soy sauce.  All of those things are no-nos so no shocker there. I didn't go up though so that's a good thing.  Two more days of work after today, I'm so excited.  Stay tuned to see what the scale says tomorrow morning.  I am hoping the cupcakes are gone by the time I get home from work so I don't have to worry about them.

Yuck Monday

Well it's Monday today back to work!  Down to 162.6lbs today so that's good news.  I also only have three more days of work after today before I am on holidays for two weeks so that's pretty awesome!  I did get a root canal today which wasn't too much fun but at least my tooth won't be bothering me anymore.  I am making really good process on the basement and should be completely done by Wednesday. Only seven more days until we move. I am having a little bit of an issue with the fact that there are cupcakes in the house.  I had two yesterday and one today but I am still losing so that is good. The cupcakes are here because it was my daughter's birthday yesterday but they should be gone soon so that will make things easier. I don't have much else to report, I am super tired from all of the cleaning, painting, sanding, packing and moving stuff all weekend.

The Morning After

Up to 163.8lbs this morning, that's ok it was expected.  The binge day is supposed to help you to continually lose large amounts of weight without your body plateauing. Back on the plan today and back to cleaning and packing it's only eight days until we move.  Full measurements are on my Progress page if your interested.

Cheat Day

Well cheat day is  over in 7 minutes, wow I sure enjoyed it.  I ate so much greek yogurt I think it is coming out of my ears.  I worked non stop today painting, sanding, hammering, cleaning so hopefully that will help balance things out.  Not supposed to worry about it though, supposed to eat whatever I want and as much as I want as long as I take my supplements and start the day with my protein shake which I did. Here is what I ate today:

Good Morning Canada

Unbelievable! 161.8 pounds this morning. That is 5.6 pounds in three days, that is pretty amazing. Today is my cheat day so I would bet that I will be putting a couple pounds back on. I don't plan on having a full, no hold's barred, anything goes cheat day today though because I only started on Wednesday and you are supposed to have at least 5 full days on the plan before having a binge day, but I want my binge days to be Saturdays and they say that it is very important to have binge days to reach the full effect of the plan, so I won't go without it.  Not to mention the fact that Greek Yogurt has been calling my name since I started. I will still start off with my protein shake and make sure I drink tons of water today and it should be all good.  I am loving this and maybe, just maybe I am falling a little bit in love with Tim Ferris lol

It's Friday!

Well I am 164.0 this morning, that is pretty awesome, down 3.4 pounds in two days.  If this keeps up I will be a believer. I am worried about tomorrow because it is supposed to be my scheduled cheat day, but I didn't get started until Wednesday so I am supposed to have five days on the plan before my cheat day.  They also say it is very important to have the cheat day because if you don't you will mess up the results. I think I will have a mini cheat day. Got to have my greek yogurt of course because I am ridiculously addicted to that crap.

I woke up Wednesday morning, weighed in at 167.4 pounds, 33.8% body fat, 28.3% BMI, took my ALA an as soon as I woke up, chugged back 500ml of ice cold water and got ready for work. 30 minutes after taking the first supplements I had my protein shake (GNC Whey ISO Burst with water) and took the rest of my supplements Abs+, Garlic extract, Green Tea Extract, multivitamin, vitamin D and was on my way to work. I took my ALA and Lean+ at 11:30 and For lunch at 12:00 I had 4 oz chicken breast, Lentils and Spinach and was shocked that it actually tasted good and took my supplements Abs+, Garlic and Green Tea Extract.

After work I went home, boyfriend was cooking so I went to my daughter's room and started cleaning.  30 minutes before supper I took my ALA and Lean+ and for supper I ate 5oz Sirloin steak, 1/2 cup lentils and 1/2 cup green beans.  I took the rest of my supplements Abs+, Garlic and Green Tea Extract and went back to work on my daughter's room.  Then the phone rings and it is friends of ours who want us to come over for drink.  My boyfriend comes to ask me and I say no I have too damn much work to do and he says well how about I help you and then we can go.

So just like that we are off for drinks on Day one of the new plan!!! So three beer, about 5 tortilla chips, a teeny tiny brownie and a teeny tiny nanaimo bar and we are back home.  ARGHH!!!  Geez!  Then I have two Banana's cause I don't want them to go bad and they are sitting there.  Oh well, I will do better tomorrow.  I finish up my daughter's room, can't find a damn putty knife to patch up the walls so I go to bed.

End of Day Two

Well I made it through the entire day today and didn't cheat once. After work I went home, boyfriend was cooking so I went to my daughter's room and started cleaning.  30 minutes before supper I took my ALA and Lean+ and for supper I ate 6oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup lentils and 1/2 cup green beans.  I took the rest of my supplements Abs+, Garlic and Green Tea Extract and went back to work on my daughter's room. 

I took before photos today and added them to my blog, not pretty at all!!  But, if that is what I need to look at for motivation, that is what I need to look at for motivation. 

Things that make you go hmm....

Up at 7:15 this morning and on the scale, weighed in at 165.4 pounds, WTF? With the three beer, 5 tortilla chips, a teeny tiny brownie and a teeny tiny nanaimo bar I managed to lose 2 pounds in one day? Wow!!! I took my ALA right after weighing myself and got ready for work. 30 minutes after taking the first supplements I had my protein shake (GNC Whey ISO Burst with water) and took the rest of my supplements Abs+, Garlic extract, Green Tea Extract, multivitamin, vitamin D and was on my way to work. I took my ALA and Lean+ at 11:30 and For lunch at 12:00 I had 4 oz chicken breast, Lentils and Spinach and took my supplements Abs+, Garlic and Green Tea Extract.

I'm not really buying into this that two pound loss overnight has got to be some kind of wierd fluke but we'll see how it goes and if that scale keeps going down I will be a believer.
