Beginning Wednesday, July 20, 2011
7:00am Wake up take ALA supplements (Webber Naturals 100 mg tablets x 2), 500ml ice water
7:30am  Protein shake (GNC Whey ISO Burst with water (40g Protein, 1g Fat, 1g Carbs, 170 Calories)) and supplements Abs+ (Genuine Health Brand), Garlic extract (Life Brand, 500mg Odourless Garlic), Green Tea Extract (GNC Green Tea Complex, 500mg), multivitamin (Kirkland Formula Forte), vitamin D (Health Balance, 1000 IU)
11:30am Take Lean+ (Genuine Health Brand) and ALA supplements (Webber Naturals 100 mg tablets x 2)
12:00pm Eat lunch: 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup lentils, 1 bunch of spinach and supplements Abs+ (Genuine Health Brand), Garlic extract (Life Brand, 500mg Odourless Garlic), Green Tea Extract (GNC Green Tea Complex, 500mg)
3:00pm Eat 6 celery sticks
6:00pm Take Lean+ (Genuine Health Brand) and ALA supplements (Webber Naturals 100 mg tablets x 2)
6:30pm Eat Supper: 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup lentils, 1/2 cup green beans and supplements Abs+ (Genuine Health Brand), Garlic extract (Life Brand, 500mg Odourless Garlic), Green Tea Extract (GNC Green Tea Complex, 500mg)

Currently no exercise, but am busy steady while at home as we are getting ready to move.  I also drink at least 8 glasses of water during the day, usually more.
